AASP Achives Arbnet Certification
The Arboretum At Starin Park has met all the Criteria for Level 1 Arboretum certification by Arbnet, the international arboretum accreditation program. In order to qualify an arboretum must have a formal plan, a management team, a staff of volunteers, programs for the public, and at least 25 species of identified trees. As of September, 2021, thirty-five species have been tagged, with many more to come. How many have you seen?
